We are a female focused group of Pool & Spa Industry professionals looking to bring together fellow women in our field for the benefit of mentoring, networking, and promoting growth – not only for ourselves but for generations of women to come. Never in our history have women been as actively involved in all facets of the business as now.
This is indeed something to celebrate!
Gone are the days of being considered nothing more than bathing suit models and pool-side moms. Now, while we can still be those things, we’re also running our own businesses, building and servicing pools, owners of successful retail operations, involved in manufacturing and distribution, managing buying groups, editors of industry publications and much, much more. Our 3rd annual SWIMN event is being held during the Pool, Spa and Patio Expo this year in Las Vegas, Nevada. We’ll be taking some time to just get to know one another and talk about the mission of this exclusive women’s networking event.

Heidi J. Ellsworth, a graduate of University of Portland, has been working in the roofing industry since 1993. As the founder and currently past chair of National Women in Roofing, Ellsworth works with women and men throughout the roofing industry to grow diversity. She is passionate about the empowerment of women and finding balance in the workplace to create a more professional and inviting opportunities for men and women. She is also part of two, women-owned and run businesses; RoofersCoffeeShop® and HJE Consulting. Through these two businesses she works with several roofing associations including consulting for National Roofing Contractors Association. As a partner in RoofersCoffeeShop®, she leads business development for this progressive media source that is focused on providing roofing information, education and career support.
